Renovation and connection of an outbuilding to main house, with a new roof and 1st storey room over driveway.

An interesting job on a listed building that included the installation of a ground source heat pump to supply underfloor heating, bespoke Windows, Doors and Oak Staircase, handmade Structural Oak Rooflights built to clients design, installation of radon gas membranes and sumps, handmade oak trusses constructed on site and building a projector screen wall with surround sound and projector.
